KFP MICE Performance: concave screen, intense presentation experience
For those who want to show that they are innovative, an innovative presentation format is just what's needed. Or, as Neil Postman knows: "The medium is the message." With KFP MICE Performance, we bank on the standards of tomorrow: concave screens, for example 6.1 x 3.4 metres in size, in combination with modern projection and IT technologies. Plus, a novel construction of the stage backdrop gives the impression of a flying screen. As awe-inspiring as the technology is at first sight, it is just as surprising at what it does best - the presentation of content. On the cinema-like 16:9 screen, various bits of content can be shown at the same time on one surface: the presenter's live image, the PowerPoint presentation, films and information, such as the agenda or the speaker's name. The concave screen, but also this animated form of presenting, ensures a particularly intensive presentation experience for the audience. In addition, static or dynamic backgrounds can be projected onto the 16:9 screen, affordably replacing conventional systems or stage backdrops as well as making for more flexibility.
A new dimension in documentation
KFP MICE Doku is the modern documentation tool for conferences, and KFP is one of the first to offer this technology. KFP MICE Doku allows for all content (presentations, live images, films, etc.) to be cut live. This was also possible in the past, but only with complex synchronisation and post-production editing of the material. KFP MICE Doku is able to edit presentation content directly after the event, create indexes and include external sources - to create an extensive documentation of the event in the shortest time possible! This means that, immediately after the conference, the event organiser can hand out a DVD to the participants. As the DVD documents the plenary addresses as well as the workshops which took place at the same time, guests can also experience events that they did not participate in "live" after the fact.
